Tokyo Studies 2019 Revisiting the Hinterland of Tokyo by Manuel Tardits

Tokyo as the largest urbanization on earth presents an interesting example of seemingly amorphous shape, sometimes also described as chaotic. With our research we are trying to define the basic structures underlying this metropolis through a series of maps based on a series of parameters such as its infrastructures of transport, density, land use, etc.
