Former Assistant Professor Katsushi Goto Honored with 4th Koji Yamada Prize 後藤克史さん (本学卒業生・元明治大学特任講師) が第4回山田幸司賞を受賞 2025.09.01 ‒ 09:00

Mr. Katsushi Goto, who graduated from Department of Architecture, School of Science of Technology, Meiji University and previously served as a Senior Assistant Professor at the University’s Organization for International Collaboration, has been named as the recipient of the 4th Koji Yamada Prize.

The Koji Yamada Prize was established to encourage and celebrate individuals in the field of architecture who are opening new paths for the future, drawing on their broad academic background and diverse professional experience. Mr. Goto’s achievements embody the spirit of this award, and his recognition highlights the continuing impact of his career in education and architecture, including his contribution to Re-inventing Japan Project in which Meiji Univsersity collaborated with univseristies in ASEAN countries from FY2016 to FY2020.

本学建築学科卒業生で、明治大学国際連携機構で特任講師をされていた後藤克史さんが，幅広い学歴や多様な経歴から未来を切り拓く建築人を応援するために設立された山田幸司賞（第4回）を受賞しました。ムンバイを拠点にアジアで新しい領域を切り開く活動を展開している姿勢や、本学が2016〜2020年度に実施した大学の世界展開力強化事業への参画の実績なども高く評価されました。なお、表彰式と記念講演会は、11月14日に大同大学で開催される予定です。
