Symposium I-AUD Student at Venice Biennale 2018 2018.09.22

m2 I-AUD students present their urban design project at Venice Biennale 2018
Professor Davisi Boontharm and five of second year I-AUD students (Yuriko Tanabe, Tadao Yamaguchi, Tatsuki Ikebe, Hiromu Shimizu and Hiroki Igarashi), have participated the international symposium and workshop Past Present and Future of Public Space: Knowledge sharing toward implementation of the New Urban Agenda in the context of Biennale Sessions Special Programme for Higher Education Institutions at La Biennale di Venezia’s 16th International Architecture Exhibition in Venice, 22-23 September 2018. The event is organized by City Space Architecture (Luisa Bravo), Italy in partnership with UN-Habitat, Kenya University of Auckland, New Zealand, Hunan University, China, ISOCARP – International Society of City and Regional Planners.
They have presented the outcomes of the Advanced Design Studio C, “Re-s” at Tama Newtown which proposed the different scales of regeneration of an old newtown.
